Most of who are tired of paying big brands $200+ for Wi-Fi & Cable for what ends up being a 90MB download speed. We bring in a 10G connection through fiber or Ptp and disperse it throughout the entire building. With our smart network backbone, you’ll be able to protect your renters data, use AI tools to help maintain 10G speeds, and scale systems to multiple buildings via a centralized management app with options for remote and onsite service agreements.

Running on that backbone, our new rental security options powered by Alarm.com, provide top-notch security services at a reduced cost. For apartment complex’s we offer four Service Plans to the renter. Each plan has been meticulously tailored to offer a new level of amenities in the Apartments. As a standard (Bronze) we include access to a 6G Wi-Fi network per Unit and the buildings can be outfitted with 2G-6G guest and gym Wi-Fi, which can continue throughout the common areas. Our most advanced plan (Platinum) offers this and an integrated burglary system with modern IP Cameras hosted on their own private network with 24/7 monitoring in case of any emergency. All this on the renters same app, with options to upgrade at any point.

Our recurring revenue model indicates that purchasers of our I&SSP system will recover their initial startup cost within 3-5 years dependent upon the design variables. The remaining ownership period is pure profit.

For example - You own 300 Apartments in a Class A building. IACS rewires the building network stack and apartments with 10G fiber and 6G Wi-Fi. The Tenants then close their “Comcast/Version accounts” and open an IACS I&SSP Account through Alarm.com. IACS pays for the main network hook up for the building and charges the individual tenant for an Options Plan. We work with the purchaser of the system during the design to find a profit split that works for all parties involved to ensure proper maintenance, upkeep, and management services for the system.
